Solution:Positive was appointed to develop the utility services strategy to serve the phased redevelopment of the former Willowpool Garden Centre in Lymm and liaise with the utility providers to procure the utility infrastructure to serve the park homes development, located in a tranquil setting in the heart of Cheshire.
The appointment consisted of a Client monitoring and liaison role, including management of the installation of new utility services and diversion of existing infrastructure.
