Following to successful conversion of the 19th century mills to provide luxury residential rental accommodation, Phase 2 of the redevelopment of the Tingley Mills site continues with the development of 22 new-build 2, 3 & 4-bedroom houses within the grounds of the former mills.
Solution:Positive was appointed as Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Building Services and Sustainability Consultants for the much-needed family orientated residential development and develop the site-wide infrastructure services strategy, including ultra-fast fibre Broadband services to each dwelling.
Integral garages are provided to the larger houses, with parking spaces to the other dwellings and electric vehicle charging points to all properties.
