Solution:Positive was appointed to develop the utility services strategy as part of the redevelopment of the former car sales showroom & servicing facilities in Matlock to serve the new McDonalds Drive-Thru restaurant. The appointment, consisting of a Client monitoring role and liaison role with the utility providers to procure and manage the installation of new utility services, establishment of anew substation and diversion of existing utility infrastructure.
