Solution:Positive was appointed to undertake a concept design stage Energy and Alternative Technologies appraisal at pre-planning stage, for the proposed residential development of the “Cocoa West” site in York.
Our report was submitted to support the planning application for 425 new-build dwellings and business incubator units on the 4.6 Hectare brownfield site, in the shadow of the former Rowntree’s Cocoa Works, Grade II Listed factory.
